My Suggested Self-Care Activity for the Week
Based on the meaning of this card, the activity I would suggest to try doing each day until next Wednesday is take the time to meditate. If you’re new to it, start with just 5 minutes of it and focus just on your breathing while letting your thoughts be whatever they happen to be.
