Time to reflect in your journal and be honest with yourself. How much do you listen to and trust your inner voice? Can you even tell the difference between your inner voice and the imprinted voices of the past? What does each one sound and feel like to you? Do you know how much you are relying upon others versus yourself?
Again, there are no wrong answers here. A healthy balance for you is going to look different from my healthy balance. The purpose here is to check in with yourself to ensure that you’re within your balance.
