It just occurred to me that I should have been counting all this lugging, cleaning, hauling, and boxing for moving as exercise. It IS physical activity after all and isn’t that technically the point of what I’m tracking? So what if it isn’t formal “exercises” of some fixed timed amount. *sigh* Oh well, my body knows I did it. Hells yes it knows.
