Tode’s Weekly Assessment #14-2018

This week hasn’t been too bad. My assignment has been to create my own feelings chart to use with my mood tracker – which I had hoped would be ready for next week’s tracker but it’s proving to be more complicated than I expected.

I can also see that I need to go back to using the pill box again. An hour after med time and I can’t remember if I’ve taken my meds or not. I have to assume I didn’t, but I don’t dare take them just in case I had. Using the pill box will solve that issue.
