Self-Care with Nine of Cups

Welcome to Self-Care with tarot! Each week we will go over one tarot card and explore how it can be used to inspire a self-care activity for the week. This week is the Nine of Cups.

With that said, in the context of self-care, I take this card to mean there is a need to express gratitude and appreciation.


My Suggested Self-Care Activity for the Week

Based on the meaning of this card, the activity I would suggest to try doing each day until next Wednesday is to take the time to express your gratitude and appreciation for whatever good things you have in your life right now. Maybe it’s something that makes you smile, brings you a bit of peace, or makes your life a little easier. It doesn’t need to be big or dramatic. In fact, it’s quite often the small stuff that means the most once we start paying attention to it.
