When was the last time you explored your emotions to figure out how you truly felt about someone or something? What was it and how did you feel about it? What did you do to you figure it out? What did you decide to do about it? Describe this experience in your journal with the aspects of it that you’re grateful for.
If you can only think of one thing you’re grateful for to write about in your journal, that’s okay. One thing is better than nothing, right? And if for some reason this prompt is leaving you stumped, you can always write about something else you’re grateful for instead. The entire point of this is to get you started, not to confine you in any way. Happy writing!
