First thing I’ll say is I can see I’ve regained weight now that my appetite has improved while being off the Topamax. I didn’t think I was eating large quantities of food compared to what I used to, so it must be due to what I’m eating.
I did really poor this week in documenting sleep and food. I feel like my mind has been all over the place. Not exactly a “fuck it” mode since I feel active, but it’s similar. More along the lines of “let’s play this video game while we brainstorm stuff”. So while I had thought that I had crashed from hypomania finally last week, I’m not so sure anymore looking back at this week.
I seriously NEED to find myself a focus and get myself on track here and soon.
